Fitness is more than just losing weight

Tariq has been a personal trainer since 2006, served in the military, and has extensive experience in fitness and training, specializing in martial arts. Tariq is a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo and was a member of the Syrian Taekwondo national team. He holds international certifications in Taekwondo instruction, Coaching Science, Cardio Kickboxing, Aerobics, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Tariq had helped many adults and teenagers gain self-confidence and take charge of their health and fitness. Recently, he trained the two winners of the "Xsport Get Fit Challenge," helping them transform their bodies and lose 40 lbs. Tariq enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience and helping people achieve their goals. He integrates martial arts techniques into his training to make training sessions interesting and enjoyable. His open personality and the wide variety of exercise techniques he employs help people push through challenges and hard work and enjoy the journey of transforming their lives.
